| Jennifer received her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, where her undergraduate honors thesis was selected for presentation, and she received numerous honors and awards, including the President's Graduate Award, and King/O'Neal Scholar Award. She graduated with a perfect 4.0 grade point average and was ranked first among the undergraduate college.

Jennifer served as secretary of the Clearwater Bar Association Board of Directors in 2009, 2010, and 2011. On behalf of the Clearwater Bar, she chaired the Professionalism Symposium in 2010 and 2011, served at chairman of the Oyster Roast, and chairman of the CLE program from 2008-2011. In 2011, Jennifer was appointed by Chief Judge J. Thomas McGrady to the Pinellas County Law Library Board of Directors.
Additionally, Jennifer has served on and chaired a Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and been an active member of the Hillsborough Bar Association.
Jennifer has completed training in Interdisciplinary Collaborative Law and has become an active member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
